What is Generic Mirapex?

Generic Mirapex is an antiparkinson medication with the active ingredient Pramipexole. It stimulates dopamine receptors in striatum and protects nerve cells from dying.

Generic Mirapex is prescribed to patients with Parkinson's disease, symptomatic Parkinsonism, additional treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome.

• hypersensitivity to Pramipexole;
• renal failure;
• hypotension;
• low blood pressure;

How should I take Mirapex?

Take whole tablet of Mirapex (not breaking, not chewing) by mouth with liquid or meal. Divide daily dose equally into 3 doses. Dosage information

For people with Parkinson's disease in case of reducing the dose of Mirapex is recommended to increase the dose of Levodopa.

What should I watch for while taking Mirapex?

Mirapex should be stored at a temperature no higher than 25 ° in dry place, out of children’s reach. Don’t use after the expiration date that is printed on the package.
